Informed decisions.
In finance and business.

Simply. At a higher standard.

I draw on more than twenty years of experience, expertise and professional relationships in finance and business to help my clients make well-informed decisions and achieve their goals.

ABOUT

More than twenty years of experience.
Continuous development.

I began my professional career in 2006, at the age of 21, in financial and insurance intermediation, before completing my first university degree. It soon became clear to me that finance was the field in which I wanted to build my long-term career.

I earned my first degree at Corvinus University of Budapest, with a focus on business management and accounting. Continuous professional development has remained a defining part of my career ever since.

Over the years, I have continuously broadened my areas of expertise. Alongside insurance intermediation, my work has come to include investments, savings held in securities accounts, retirement planning, life, health and sickness insurance, property and liability insurance, as well as retail and corporate banking services, account management and financing solutions.

I have worked with private individuals, entrepreneurs, and both small and large companies. This experience has shaped my view that a financial decision can rarely be properly assessed in isolation – its place within the broader system needs to be understood.

PEOPLE AND SYSTEMS

At the heart of every system are people.

Strategy, finance, processes and organisational structures all matter. These “hard” factors are essential to running a business effectively. But on their own, they are not enough.

Behind every system are people. People make decisions, collaborate, motivate, communicate, lead and respond to change. Psychological factors and soft skills can therefore influence an organisation’s performance just as much as the right strategy or business model.

This perspective also shaped the topic of my Master’s research, in which I examined competencies in the financial intermediation sector: which personal and professional competencies may distinguish high-performing professionals from those with average performance.

THE FUTURE AND DIGITALISATION

And development never stops.

Digitalisation, artificial intelligence and AI-powered solutions are playing an increasingly important role in finance, business management and everyday decision-making.

I believe that using these tools effectively can still provide a competitive advantage today. Before long, however, they may no longer represent an advantage, but become one of the fundamental requirements for remaining competitive.

For me, therefore, more than twenty years of professional experience does not mean that learning is complete. It is a foundation on which new knowledge can and must continuously be built.

“The future is getting closer. Those who do not evolve with it may easily fall behind.”

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Three areas. One approach.

Advisory

Supporting financial and business decisions through a people-centred approach based on a thorough understanding of each situation.

Intermediation

Identifying financial, capital market and insurance opportunities and supporting their implementation.

Education

Financial education and the practical development of employees’ financial literacy.

ADVISORY

A good decision begins with a clear understanding of the situation.

For me, advisory work is not about presenting a ready-made solution. The first step in working together is to understand my client’s situation, goals, opportunities and the circumstances that may influence the decision.

The information gathered and the connections identified provide the basis for a genuine understanding of the situation. From there, we can develop a diagnosis, identify possible directions and jointly select the solution best suited to the circumstances.

MY ADVISORY APPROACH

The focus is on the person and their goals.

My aim is to develop as complete a picture of the situation as possible before a decision is made, understand the relationships involved, and only then determine the appropriate direction.

Situation assessment
Understanding
Diagnosis
Solution
Feedback

The process does not end once a solution has been selected. Our work together is built on continuous communication and a culture of feedback. I believe it is important to stay in regular contact and share experiences and changes as they arise. If circumstances, needs or even goals change, we can adjust the direction together whenever necessary.

SERVICE PRINCIPLE

Simply. At a higher standard.

I see my role as an adviser, not as a salesperson.

In my work, I believe decisions should be guided by the client’s actual situation, needs and goals, rather than by the sales interests of any particular financial institution.

I believe that high professional standards should not mean unnecessary complexity. I present complex financial and business matters simply, clearly and transparently.

ClarityClear decision-making situations.
QualityHigh professional standards.

INTERMEDIATION

Throughout our work together, I keep the client’s actual situation,
needs and goals in focus.

Based on the assessment, I review relevant banking, insurance and investment service options, obtain and compare offers, and support the implementation of the selected solution.

Professional expertiseExperience working within a regulated financial intermediation environment.
Investment expertiseEFPA European Investment Practitioner · EIP®.
Professional networkAn established professional network across financial service providers.

APPROACH

“As if I were doing it for myself.”

I assess offers and opportunities by considering what I would regard as an appropriate decision in the same situation.

IMPLEMENTATION

From decision to implementation.

Once the appropriate direction has been selected, I also support the practical implementation of the process.

The relationship does not end when the contract is signed.

I continue to monitor the solutions we have put in place over time. If circumstances or goals change, we reassess the situation.

I do not ask for exclusivity.
I ask for an opportunity.

My aim is to earn the opportunity to work together again through the quality of my work.

EDUCATION

Knowledge reduces the risk of poor decisions.

For me, education is about more than simply sharing information. The goal is to provide knowledge that helps people understand situations more clearly and make more informed decisions.

KnowledgeClear and practical knowledge.
AwarenessUnderstanding the connections.
Better decisionsPutting knowledge into practice.

PRACTICAL KNOWLEDGE

I want to provide more than just information.

I aim to share knowledge that can be applied to everyday financial, management and business decisions.

TOPICS

From finance to organisational development.

Financial literacy, employee financial well-being, strategic thinking, management tools, organisational development and entrepreneurial knowledge.

CHANGE

Change requires preparation.

“In today’s world, the only constant is change.”

Knowledge and the ability to learn are therefore becoming increasingly important for long-term adaptability.

“I do not just want to provide a solution. I also want to make it clear why it is the right solution.”
